If your thermostat is functioning correctly but water is not heating, the element is commonly the cause.
🛠 Installation Instructions
Important: Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician.
Step 1 – Isolate power at the switchboard.
Step 2 – Turn off water supply to the system.
Step 3 – Drain the hot water tank below element level.
Step 4 – Remove electrical connections from existing element.
Step 5 – Unbolt and remove faulty element.
Step 6 – Install new element with new gasket and tighten bolts evenly.
Step 7 – Refill tank completely before restoring power.
Step 8 – Check for leaks and test heating cycle.
Never energise the element before the tank is fully filled with water.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) seven (7)days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
