When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. We are aiming to offer Next day shipping on all domestic orders in the near future.
What if my order is Delayed?
We will do our best to contact you immediately if we notice a delay on our end. However, sometimes there can be delays out of our control (e.g. delays in Australia Post's network). If you haven't received your order within 7 days of ordering, please email us at customerservice@myovenspares.com
How Do I Change my Delivery Address?
If you notice your delivery address is not correct, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to intercept the order and change the address. If you fail to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee that we can reach your order in time.
