Directions:
Backflushing Group Head:

1. Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with a blind filter.

2. Add 1 level scoop of EVO® into the group handle. For less frequent cleanings, use 2 level scoops.

3. Start the cycle and run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.

4. Stop the cycle, let it sit for 10 seconds. Repeat the cycle 4 more times (run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds).

5. Remove the group handle and rinse well under water from the delivery group.

6. Re-insert the handle with the blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times (run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds) for thorough rinsing.

7. Remove the blind filter, insert the regular filter, and brew a single espresso to re-season the machine.

Cleaning Filters & Group Handles:

1. Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 level scoops of EVO® for 10 minutes.

2. Rinse thoroughly under running hot water.
