Part did not fit machine model as advertised

Received parts quickly. However on website part advertised it would fit all De Longhi ECAM coffee machines but it did not fit. Was much too long. They could not provide correct part and did not offer return.

Use this to fix your sputtering De’longhi Latte Crema Milk Jug

When my Dynamica Latte Crema Milk Jug started sputtering instead of frothing the milk, I thought I was going to have to fork out $70 for a new one from De’longhi but I only needed to replace the tube - when this new one arrived I compared them and it looks like I may have been a bit too vigorous at cleaning it with the brush, the hole at the top was a bit wider and chewed up looking.
