Directions for Use:

For Daily Cleaning:

1. Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with a blind filter.

2. Add 1 level scoop of Espresso Clean to the group handle (use 2 scoops if cleaning less often).

3. Start the cycle and run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.

4. Stop the cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds.

5. Start and stop the cycle 4 more times (run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds).

6. Remove the group handle and rinse well under a stream of water from the delivery group.

7. Re-insert the handle with the blind filter, and start and stop the cycle 10 times (run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds) to ensure thorough rinsing.

8. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.

9. Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.

For Cleaning Filters and Group Handles:

1. Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 teaspoons of Espresso Clean for 10 minutes.

2. Rinse thoroughly under running hot water.
