I was very happy with the 300W Jacketed Heat Lamp 118mm (QIR240WJ300-118) as it has worked very well for me in the past. However, I'm disappointed that two of the lamps from my most recent order arrived damaged. They completely broke before I even had the chance to install them.
As they were never installed or used, I believe they may have been damaged during transit or had a manufacturing defect. Could you please advise on arranging replacements or a refund for the two broken lamps?
